Glad you liked the workout Kassia, I really like Mindy's as well. She is tough! A nice change of pace from Cathe.. I aslo have awesome strength. That one is practically more cardio, but still an awesome workout.

15lbs. it was enough for the upper body work. she also did some legs in this section using the paper plates. whatever i though about those gliding disks i take back right now. i see their value b/c all my weight was on the standing leg, so all the work went into that leg. VERY challenging. that last section was floor work using the plates and the ball. it was tough espcially pushing and pulling the body foward and back with the plates. it was tough, so were the push ups with both hands on the ball. it was all in the balance and core strength to keep the body properly aligned. she also did this push up yoga flow before the cool down. it was going from down ward dog to upward dog, then holding a low pushup then plank back into down ward dog, and going through that series non stop. the workout ends with a 4 min stretch.

i would say this workout was functional strength training at its best. i didn't use heavy weights but felt the work all

the same, and my core was challenged with all the balance and gliding. i did have more of her strength videos on a wishlist, so i might go for awesome strength b/c it looked very similar to this video. i was going to try CIA 2203 boot camp workout but i was just to wiped after this. i can't believe what seemed so easy totally killed my. my chest and shoulder are still fatigued and feel like jello.

mindy was chatty but i did enjoy her instruction. she made it fun and cracked a few jokes. kind of reminds me of Cathe but more peppy and chatty. A+++ workout. kassia
