That's why I think . I heavy up as much as I can and use my ankle weights for the floor and ab work and it's quite challenging.

Hi,

This morning I did Get Ripped. Some say this workout is fairly easy..... well it can be easy if you use really light weight, but I have realized going heavy you can get an awesome workout. I went as heavy as I could, but still being able to get through each exercise and I was fried. I wore my HRM thinking I wouldn't get much, but I burned 229 calories.. )

DH might have to go in to work this evening. If he does, I might do yoga or maybe just clean... don't know yet.
