Today I wanted low impact cardio but wanted to work my legs and abs hard. I started with Crunch Fat Burning Ab Attack which worked my core and the legs pretty well for 32 minutes. I followed that up with Turbo Jam Lower Body Jam using the band and 8lb hand weights. Again my legs were tired after the two workouts which was what I was going for. A nice combination.

In a good way of course! I will have to take it easy on them tomorrow. Maybe Firm Upper Body workout!
