Guest guest Posted June 6, 2006 Report Share Posted June 6, 2006 Today I wanted low impact cardio but wanted to work my legs and abs hard. I started with Crunch Fat Burning Ab Attack which worked my core and the legs pretty well for 32 minutes. I followed that up with Turbo Jam Lower Body Jam using the band and 8lb hand weights.
