I really feel that his quality of life is improved drastically. I wish every child who needed it would have access to a band. The original post (which I did not write, BTW!) raised some issues which alarmed me - and I know it alarmed others too. A clarification is all that was needed. Thanks for doing that. Sorry for being harsh. I have a tendency to ask for things to pointed out when I feel they are unfair or don't completely understand.
