Sorry to hear of 's rough start with wearing the band I hope the

ortho can give you some indication as to why its so loose and make the

necessary adjustments. Hang in there, it may take a few fittings to tweak it

just right! You've come this far, don't give up yet! Just keep an eye on

the fit always and address ALL concerns with that ortho- even if you feel

like your complaining- do it anyway! Let us know how its going!

Hi Dina,

Sorry to hear that has already discovered she could take her band off.

It's unfortunate that she could remove it with even unfastening the velcro.

Hopefully ortho will give you a call back and advise you. It should be

somewhat loose, but I would think that she should not be able to remove it

without unfastening it.

Oh Dina I am so sad youarent comfy whit the ortho go back and call them as

often as you need to until you do feel comfy. It is not uncommon to have to

tape the Velcro side to keep her from pulling it but the band should not just

slide off the head. Please let us know how it goes and keep your chin up!
