Successful appeal against Blue Cross Blue Shield

I just wanted to let everyone know you can successfully win an appeal

against an insurance company. Don't give up. I successfully won my

appeal against MAMSI/Optimum Choice and they covered 50 percent of

both my son's first and second bands. A friend whose little boy I

referred to a doctor who prescribed a DOCband and got really great

correction at a young age was denied by her insurer, Carefirst Blue

Cross Blue Shield of land. She just received word today that

they overturned their decision and are covering her son's band. We

both used Cranial Technologies sample appeal letters and info we

obtained here in the files section and from CT. Good luck to
