Hi MIchelle~

I find that yogurt (I can eat the plain stuff w/ just

a little fruit or honey in it) does help curb my

appetite. My daughter will also generally eat plain

yogurt, yesterday she was in the store with me and she

asked for a different kind - so I bought her one - and

you know what?! She didn't like it and didn't finish

it. I was tempted to have it, but it was an extra 170

cals I didn't need.

Take care!
