Guest guest
As a protege to Dr Yessis for six years, I have just come to fully grasp his enormous expertise in the last year. As questions are asked of him, it must be kept in mind that there are very few pat answers for most training questions. This area of discusion is as much of a science as any other. Sometimes we take for granted the complexity of our questions and their answers. As every athlete is an individual, there are a plethora of variables to each scenario. Dr. Yessis has distinguished himself as one who has taken the cutting edge research info. and applied it in the field with great success. While this has frustrated me at times, it has also given me an appreciation for his work and others like Dr. Siff. I feel they do a great job of making the complicated simple for the neophyte like me. Yosef

Dr. Yessis has repeatedly failed to post his various " techniques " (cutting, lateral movement, etc). His explanation for his refusal to post is that he is stalled by the limitations of email and he has a book we should buy instead. I have no problem with members informing the list of materials they have for sale. However, neither am I buying the book nor am I buying into the explanation.
