I emailed it around 9am (about 5 hours ago) and I double checked the

address and yes it went to plagiocephaly . I'll try

again, so if it ends up being on here more than once - I am very

sorry!!

any imaging program can probably do this for you - you can even do it in Word

Are you on Mac or PC?

Yes, you can use coreldraw or something like that if you want it right

next to each other. If you want you can mail them to me and i'll do

it for you... its quick and easy!!!
