Thickening of the adrenal

Hi Dr Grim and group,

Just wondering if it is possible to have PA with thickening of an adrenal seen

on CT. This is a new finding. Endo says this is fairly common and not a

nodule???

I have LVH on EKG for many years. My BP does bottom out due to carcinoid

syndrome, with uncontrolled crisis. ian crisis is also a problem that

requires daily prednisone and dexameth injections at times.

I also have essential thrombocytosis, a meyloproliferative blood disorder.

Please advise. I'm new to this list and would appreciate much needed input.

Yes it can be BP due to bilat hyperplasia. Read my article and give us

your renin, aldo and other lab results with normals for your lab.

Classic for PA.

This is bizarre is you have this you have not adrenal function. What

led to this DX?

List all drugs and OTC stuff you are taking.
