Anyone in So. CALI with Pacificare HMO get a doc band?

I been fighting this since my triplets were newborns. All there

needed DOC bands.Now they are 22 months old. But since my smallest

one still has a softspot she could still get some advantages from a

DOC band. Our doctor says cosmetic so we can't get the insurance to

pay for it. The clock is ticking. Once her softspot is gone(less

than two months) then the chance of the DOC band working is over we

are already pushing it with a 22 month old(born 3 months early). It's

to the point I either pay out of pocket or give up. I'm wondering if

anyone else got Pacificare HMO to pay?
