I saw your other posts on climbing. My wife has climbed Rainier 4 time so

I actually purchased both of those tapes from WCC a few weeks ago. Usually,

most of strength training stuff i see is pretty standard or not very

applicable to T & F. Both tapes are VERY GOOD and well worth the investment.
