We used it with our twins Zack and Zoey from about 2 months of age to 4.5 months (when they both became such night time wild things that no sleep positioner could contain them). I firmly believe the whole memory-foam, NASA developed, ... claims are overblown. Using this product alone did nothing. It was good for repositioning..at least it was until my houdini-esque children did their usual evening escape.
