Hi my name is . I am new to this list as of today. =). I am a member of

the PTHER egroups list and heard about

this one through that. I am an avid basketball volleyball softball and figure

skater. I am the athletic one out of

the family. I am aspiring to play ball for a long time further. I hope you

guys dont mind that I dont have a PhD or

anything, but i hope to be going for one. =). That is all part of my goals. But

on another note. I had knee surgery,

not too long ago, they performed arthroscopic surgery onthe knee, and they had

to remove some of the cartilidge. I

have been working with my trainer and also working on my own, i have a question

though. I seem to get stiffness if i

am sitting for awhile or in one position for an extended period of time, is

there anything anyone knows of that i can

do to help this? I was just curious. I am trying to get back before my seasons

all start up again....I just hope the

knee holds up. Any advice on strength training....extra stuff i can do to keep

building up the muscles and so on

would be greatly appreciated! well, thank you all, and hope to learn more about

you all too! Have a wonderful day!

F.R.O.G.....(u can ask me what it means in another e-mail....=)
