Guest guest
Kerri: Just as Niki's & 's replies to you, I personally think CT is a great company with the child's best interest in mind. Of course, they make money by selling their band, but I have also heard of parents who were told their child's head shape was too mild for a band. I also went to the Chicago CT for Abby's treatment. They were an amazing group of professionals who really know their stuff. If it would make you feel any better, could you email our group a photo of 's head for us to evaluate?? We'll be more than happy to give you our 'expert' opinions! Do you think they would tell us she needs one just to get another band made or would they be honest and tell us the truth if they really felt she didn't need one? > > Still reeling from the consultation, > Kerri in Chicago
Guest guest
Dear Kerry, While I don't have a child with plagio, I do have dealings with Cranial Technologies. I sent out a message (post) for help with an insurance appeal for an employee that I represent, along with my office number. A CT rep called me the following day and offered all CT research, news articles, and expert help. Whether or not the child I am representing had a CT product or not, was not even an issue. What was at issue was, that there was a child in need of a band, the insurance company wouldn't pay, and CT CARED to help, regardless of financial gain. And by the way, the child did NOT have a CT product. I have no financial interest in CT or any affiliates. I am merely relaying to you, my experience with their integrity (which is absolutely un-questionable in my mind) to help ease your mind. Guest guest
Hi Kerry, I was told by CT that my daughter will not need a second band even though I was almost insisting on one. They told me that her head shape is very close to normal and she would not benefit a lot from wearing a second band. To be honest with you, I was a little bit surprised because I did not expect an answer like that. I thought they would sell it to me without any hesitation. No, not CT. Just like other members of this group I believe they are honest and child's interests are in first place.
