Chestnuts, was: Re: Pancakes/Cast Iron Griddles

The mention of chestnuts reminds me of this website about chestnuts

(and hazelnuts), right here in Minnesota, they would be a good step in

sustainable agrivlture, and why they might play an important role in

the future. Of course since they're breeders and sell chestnuts and

hazelnuts they are obviously biased in their favor, and they repeat

the myth that saturated fats are bad, but there's a lot of good info

there too.
