I took a little more than 1 tsp a day while pregnant and I also take that while

I'm nursing. I take a Maternal, Infant Geriatric CLO that has a little more

DHA/EPA during these precious times. It's pharmaceutical grade and is made by

Nutri West.

Hope this helps,

Tifanie S.

Hi

I am not pregnant now but still nursing my 28 month old daughter. I

take a tablespoon of Dr Ron's Ultra Pure CLO. On the bottle it says

old-fashioned blue ice.

Dr Ron is the one who recommended I take a tablespoon. I live in

Houston, so get a lot of sunlight, but he still thought it was a good

idea to be taking this amount.

He thought this was a good amount to take for preconception,

conception, pregnancy and nursing. He also highly reccomended taking a

high quality calcium supp (made from bones) the last three months of

the pregnancy and during nursing the newborn.

HTH,

h
