Guest guest
: What a bummer! I just replied to your earlier post. Definitely keep the band off her while that red spot is there. It could possibly be a heat rash, are there little red bumps too? Is it itchy? Well you did say she keeps rubbing it, so it probably is. Try to apply some hydrocortizone cream, see if that helps any. If it does, then it's likely a heat rash. I'm sure CT will get you in some time tomorrow. Let us know. Sorry! Debbie Abby's mom DOCgrad MI > Hi, > I think I spoke too soon. Guest guest
Debbie, THANK YOU so much for answering so fast!! I don't think it's a heat rash. It doesn't have any bumps. She has alot of hair.. can I still appy the cream?? Have you ever heard of the whole back of the head getting red?? Thanks, > > Hi, > > I think I spoke too soon. Guest guest
What a bummer . I definitely would not put her in the band until you go to CT. They are usually very good at fitting you in. Wanda is the schedule guru. Sounds like a heat rash. Is she sweating alot? Hang in there. Pretty soon you'll be back on track again. ann/ NJ DOCband 11 days > > > Hi, > > I think I spoke too soon. Guest guest
Oh no !! You forgot to knock on wood after saying how well everything is going! I can't remember reading before anyone else's child having the entire back of the head red. Its possible that area is a holding point, and a slight adjustment may be in order. I think it might even be a combination of a tight area of the band, accompanied by a heat rash, since is still getting acclimated to her new hat, esp. since you say the front red area is a heat rash. Definitely keep the band off until you can get in touch with CT. I also wanted to say that I didn't get the opportunity earlier to respond, but I had to let you know that I really like how 's band is decrated! You have a very talented daughter! Guest guest
Hi Niki, Thanks for replying. I think your totally right. ) I'm going to have to go to CT tomorrow...I just hope they can fit me in. I know for sure her forehead has a heat rash. I really can't tell in the back she just has too much hair! Too bad it's so thin. LOL le was very proud of herself for the way 's band turned out. I'll tell her what you said, so she can gloat somemore! hehe I'll let you know how I make out tomorrow. Thanks, > > Hi, > > I think I spoke too soon.
