Thanks for explaining that!! And i do realize Paramus is busy..and that they don't have to fight for me. I did appreciate her trying in the first place..although i ended up calling the insurance company anyway..and had to call Wanda twice to get her to do it. I only am upset that Wanda wouldn't tell me the reason why they denied me..and that she wouldn't give me any hints as to what to do next. I don't think that was asking too much...she could've told me i could try to appeal it...or given me some clue.

But i understand what you are saying..and believe me..i am doing this on my own. I wasn't asking her to do anything at all....

We are currently contacting the insurance company and trying to find out if there is any way they would cover it....if there is anywhere that they would send us to....and if not..the reasons why....
