I agree on the percentage, but don't feel 10 reps have to be performed at

that weight necessarily. It would depend on the athletes training goal(s).

These are solid numbers. I give my trainees, especially when early in a

worout, two warmups. One that they select the weight on just to " mimic " the

movement (an empty bar for a BP, say). The next is given as crossover set

if that makes sense according to the cycle.

I do think that you might drop the 10 rep to 45-50% especially when in OL's,

squats and other heavioy weighted lifts
