I've read this post and the next two after it in response to . CT needs to

help you with this and I think you are going to have to be the squeaky wheel.

Busy or not you have a very serious concern about the red spot and 's age

is a significant factor. I'm afraid if it were me I would have to get very

" firm " with them on the phone. In essence you are a customer who has purchased a

product from them that is not quite right - they have an obligation to you to

make it correct and right away.

Good luck with this - I can really sense your frustration. Let us know how

it goes.
