Guest guest Posted April 11, 2006 Report Share Posted April 11, 2006 I found taking Just Barley really helps. Your body tends to crave sugar when you are a bit low on your greens. That, and I eat an orange and/or a grapefruit every afternoon when I would typically go for sweets.
