Anthem BCBS What code to use for DME?

Hi. We submitted the claim for our daughter's 1st DOC band. BCBS is saying

that they have not denied the claim, but that the code submitted for the DME

(durable medical equipment) is too generic. That code is E1399. Our physical

therapists said this is the code they always use. Has anyone out there that

has Anthem BCBS submitted a claim for the DOC band and got it covered? If so,

do you know what code you used or would you be able to find out for me? I

would really appreciate it! Thanks, Theresa (mom to Jessie who is getting in
