Guest guest
Hi! I can't believe it's been 2 years since I've visited here! My son is a DOC band graduate. He was in it for just over 3 months, from 7 months of age to 10 months. His head isn't perfect (sadly it's something I notice every day), but it's so much better than it was! I just had a baby girl and am hypersensitive to making sure we keep her in different positions throughout the day. I am noticing that she is tilting her head to her right side quite a bit (just like her big brother did). I've searched my house looking for the torticollis exercise sheet that we were given for my son, but I can't find it. Are there instructions online for exercises to lengthen the muscles on the right side of her neck? I vaguely remember that it involves holding the head over to the left, but want to be sure before I start doing that. I will also ask at her next ped. appt. in 2 weeks. Anything to avoid having to make that 6 hour one-way drive to have the band adjusted every 2 weeks! Thanks!
