Sodium stories

In Files/PA stories, I have made a folder called " Sodium stories " I put

mine in there. Before I went off spiro last summer, I really couldn't tell

what sodium and spiro were doing other than reducing BP overall. Going off

spiro for six weeks was a good test.

this would be low sodium diet stories not low blood sodium stories.
