Mya's Re evaluation

Hi everyone. Well we went to Myas reevaluation on Thursday and my

husband got to go with us Yeah!! We left WEdnesday and went to

Carrowinds an amusement park about 30 minutes from the Cranial Tech

office. And then stayed over night and went to Myas appt in the

morning. It was not what I had hoped for Mya will need a 2nd band.

But in my heart I already knew that. Her ears are just not fixed yet

and that is exactly what the doctor told us. He wants to see her ears

allign more. Sooooo now I wait to try to see if I can get pre

authorization from Tricare for the 2nd band. ANd then I will have to

schedule a casting which looks like I am going to have to do all by

myself because My hubby just left this morning for 5 weeks. Sooo I am

not looking forward to doing this alone. I really hope Tricare sees

this as a continuation of medical treatment they have already payed

for and they will just pay it without a fight but I really doubt

that. Well anyway so Im not sure when exactly shell be getting her

new band. Shes still in band 1 right now. SHes been in it 4 months

and counting so well see. Just wanted to update you all. Thanks so

much for all of your support and advice over the last 5 months. It

has helped tremendously!
