Thanks so much for your support. I agree with so much of what you've

said. I understand how serious cranial synostosis is, that is why I

wondered why the Dr would have us wait another 2-3 weeks for the

xrays or ct scan to be done and then another who knows how long

before he can see us and tell us what the problem is. Shouldn't that

be done right away?

Kristi,

It would only be done right away if your son was experiencing

symptoms of pressure on his brain. I'm pretty sure some of the signs

are inconsolable crying, (probably from headaches) vomiting after

eating,decreased appetite. I'm sure there are more, but I can't

remember them all right now. If you went to your ped neuro with those

concerns and a mishappen head and he didn't get you in right away for

a CT scan...he'd be one lousy doctor!
