Guest guest
Hi Toni: Congradulations on your Cassidy's graduation How'd the exit cast go? I am surprised they don't seem to know what you are talking about to give you an estimated percentage of correction. I'm assuming you went to the Chicago (oakbrook) clinic seems how you're in IL.,that's where we went too. Abby graduated at 15.5 mos of age. When I asked them for a percentage, they right away told me about 50-60%. Maybe they are just waiting for her exit cast to give you a more accurate #. Guest guest
Yes, we went to the Oakbrook facility. Actually, the exit casting was a nightmare. Our appointment was for 10:30. We didn't get started until 11:45. I'm not sure if they were running late or just forgot about us. Since Cassidy was 19 months, she was very strong and fought the entire time. My husband and I had to hold her down - she kept sitting up, wiggling to the side, kicking, screaming, you name it. I was thankful that she didn't pass out. One of the factors that made me decide to do the casting was that we could get the percent correction. I think I need this number to help validate our decision to band at a later age. I'll keep asking. Hopefully, when I pick up the mold, I can get an answer. Thanks, Toni > > Hi, > > My daughter graduated from the DOC band on June 20.
