Are there any videos that you have done that demonstrate the use of

PNF in training?

***Yes, the NSCA made a series of videos on a 4 hour workshop that I did at

their 1988 or 1989 conference. Apparently they no longer have copies, so we

would have to organise special copies if anyone needed them. Meanwhile, a

verbal summary of PNF principles,procedures and methods appears in Ch7 of

" Supertraining " (Siff & Verkhoshansky, 1999) or on the following website (when
