I'm hardly a young guy, but I suspect a camp with this makeup would be well worth my time, personally. In the Supertraining camp I attended we had a wide variety of backgrounds. From experts like Tom Incledon to personal trainers, strength coachs to competitive bodybuilders - you name it. The beauty of the camp was the contribution made by so many different people. Mel is able to draw input out of everyone. Hobman Saskatoon, Canada Grip it and rip it!
