I'm hardly a young guy, but I suspect a camp with this makeup would be well

worth my time, personally. Although naturally I'd try and convert you all

into competitive powerlifters.

ly I wouldn't worry about attending any of the camps - you'd fit right

in. In the Supertraining camp I attended we had a wide variety of

backgrounds. From experts like Tom Incledon to personal trainers, strength

coachs to competitive bodybuilders - you name it. The beauty of the camp

was the contribution made by so many different people. Mel is able to draw

input out of everyone.
