Guest guest
Eileen, Congradulations on your success!!! It's so nice to hear repositioning success stories. I have a quick question for you. At what age would you say Fraziers head was completely round? My son will be graduating form his helmet in Aug at 12 mo. BUT he still has some flattening which I am concerned about. Just wondering if we can continue to see improvement as he gets older. Thanks... Dana (mom2) Ont. > Hi to all! Guest guest
Eileen, It is so good to hear from you again! I am just shocked to hear that Frazier is 18 months already!! Where did all that time go?! I am thrilled for you and Frazier that you stuck to your guns and it all paid off for you. Your story really is an inspiration to those who don't band, and I thank you for coming back and sharing it with us! Congrats to you on a job well done, you should be very proud of yourself!! Guest guest
Hi Eileen, I dont come here much anymore but like to pop back and I luckily saw your post and I'm thrilled for you and Frazier. I was the one remember telling you to do it. My only reasons were I felt if you did the wait and see like us you would leave it to late like us to get a full correction like us. Our daughter Mackenzie has had more natural correction post banding and is now three and our pead was thrilled with her improvement, as for me I always have that niggly thing blaming myself for not pusing treatment at 6 mths when I was first told to and left it to 12 yrs. Her head is pretty round to the untained eye, its her cheeks that are uneven, to notice it you have to keep her still and look down and I'm sure most people will never took at her like I do. Guest guest
Eileen! I am SOOOOO SOOOOO Happy to read of your non banding success story for Frazier. I remember you posting last year about your dilemma. I couldn't be any happier to hear of Frazier's naturally rounded head! We really really appreciate you updating us, we rarely hear back from other plagio parents who have not banded & we'd all love to hear stories like yours & Fraziers! Thanks so much for the good news. I am again SO happy for you all! Debbie Abby's mom DOCGrad MI -- In Plagiocephaly@y..., " frazleen2001 " <frazleen@a...> wrote: > Hi to all! Guest guest
Eileen: CONGRATULATIONS!! What a wonderful story and outcome, and thank you so much for sharing it with all of us on this site. It is great to hear that repositioning does work in some cases! I'm sure that it will be a relief to moms and dads to hear of options other than banding. Kind regards, , Rhiannon's mom > Hi to all! Guest guest
Eileen and Frazier!! So good to hear from your guys!! I'm so happy to hear that Frazier's head as rounded out : ) : ) !!! Big congrats to you guys!! Thanks for coming back and sharing your success story with everyone. If you get a chance, please share how you repositioned Frazier and your repositioning tricks, there is a lot of repositioning parents around the board right now, I'm sure they would love to hear your techniques : ) I looked for the pictures, they were not attached to the message, and I didn't see them in the file section or photo section. I'd love to see his cute face again : ) I think you still have pictures of Frazier from last year in the file section, if you want to try adding the new there too for comparision. Well, big congrats to you guys once more!! Annick Mom to (17 months old-repo grad) Mtl, Canada
