Guest guest
Mya had this problem once. Her little ear started to get red then I noticed it was a bit bruised I didnt take her out of her band because by the time I noticed it was bruised her appointment was the next day and she wasnt complaining about it. But I probably shouldve taken her out of it. I regretted not taking her out of it because the next day she had a little cut well actually a scrape kinda where the band had kept rubbing her ear. At her visit that next day they trimmed the band around her ear and it was all fixed. They told me it still may rub on her ear a bit because of it shifting a little. But to just keep an eye on it. She hasnt had a problem since though. Hope her ear gets better quick so she can get back in her band!! Christi mom to MYa (DOC band 3/6/02) > Hi All, > I did it again! Guest guest
, I've never had this happen, but if I were you, I would leave out of the band until the bruise goes away. Does it seem to bother her at all? It sounds like an adjustment, or a small trim might be in order. When is your next appointment? Let us know when it fades. Guest guest
Thanks Niki and Christi. Her next appt isn't until August 1st. It doesn't seem to bother her, but it looks like it would hurt. Charlotte finally told me I can come in every 2 weeks instead of every week! Grrrrr this stinks. I'm almost positive that Charlotte is out of the office on Monday and Tuesday. I guess I'm looking at Wednesday, that is if Wanda can get me in. I'll let you know how it looks tomorrow. PS Niki, I'm glad you called and all is well with her! > > Hi All, > > I did it again! The traffic I'm going to be in is going to be horrible. I'll probably get to CT at like 4:30. Hopefully I'll see you there! It would be very cool to meet! That's your casting appt right? So maybe you will still be there at 4:30, I hope so!
