do NOT try to put on your shirt unassisted. :)

if it's a proper fit - it will be difficult to get on - even over the

elbows!!!

yes, you need help. and if it isn't very snug, it will NOT assist you off

the chest.....

Good luck - hope you can find a pit crew down there!

My First-Ever Shirt

>Hi all. My Inzer Heavy Duty Blast Shirt just arrived by post. I've never

used a bench shirt before so don't know what extra poundage (if any?) it

will give. It is a size 50 and looks very small. I tried (by myself) to put

my arms into the sleeves and cannot get them past my forearms! Is this

normal?

Sounds like it fits properly. ;-)

Get at least one strong person to pull it on you.

Once you get the shirt onto your upper arms, pop your

head through and start rotating your arms like you

were swimming (to seat the shirt properly) as your

partner pulls it down. It will HURT going on. Expect

bruising at a minimum. You may want to shave

chest/back hair.

Good Luck,
