Why do I feel so bad when I...?

Last two days were okay for me..I got a fair amount done on Saturday,

mood was good, very little anxiety all the way through yesterday. Ate

VERY healthily last couple days..drank plenty of water. Went for a 2

mile/45 minute walk at local park yesterday and went to bed fairly

early. Noticed that I was urinating more frequently again. Despite

good efforts toward health yesterday, have woken up this a.m. with the

weak feeling in chest and depression. Why?

I'm thinking that my sodium yesterday should have been okay (ate a

couple of things that were " salty " ) and my BP/pulse this am was stellar

113/67/69. Is PA to blame? I've noticed that exercise (and maybe a

lot of water) tends to bring this on.

Any thoughts? I really like to get my exercise and need it. Although

certainly not obese at 5'8 " , 138 lbs..I'm heavier than I have EVER been

(weight used to hover around 120).

When I went to doc feeling this way mid-April BOTH sodium AND potassium

were on low side of normal (135 and 3.7 respectively).

What can I do today to feel better?

Angie
