Guest guest
January 30, 1996, I had my acromioclavicular (A/C) removed, actually the end of my collar bone because of impingement, (it had been shattered in an airplane wreck - long story). To make a long story short, My doctor did not forbid me from doing the bench press, but discouraged me from doing upright rows from that point on. Some " biomechanical " analysis is cited. http://www.legendaryabs.com/html/tralert.htm Comments are voluntary. Joe Alden Atlanta USA
