I think your post reinforces my point. I would agree entirely that posture can be very rapidly and dramatically altered via techniques that focus on learning, not strengthening or stretching. This is why I'm such a huge fan of Feldenkrais. Occasionally, strengthening regimens include the type of learning needed unbeknownst to either the coach or athlete.
