I think your post reinforces my point. I would agree entirely that posture

can be very rapidly and dramatically altered via techniques that focus on

learning, not strengthening or stretching. This is why I'm such a huge fan

of Feldenkrais. Occasionally, strengthening regimens include the type of

learning needed unbeknownst to either the coach or athlete. The goal of

altered posture is achieved but not for the reasons assumed.
