Guest guest
I wanted to mention here... Most pediatricians (at least on this side of the country)don't use nurses as often as medical assistants who are considerably lower down on the totem pole. If the woman you spoke to was, in fact, a nurse, then she was probably the only one working at the time you called, so it should be fairly easy to get her name and report her. OR, you could simply report the time and day you called to the Dr. (you should get her for rudeness and confrontational behaviour, not to mention name calling!) and have HIM discipline her. Most Doctors don't want their names dragged in the mud any more than they have to, so you should get a positive response from him. Write a letter. Good luck and I hope that nurse gets a great big cold sore on her lip!!!!! Nyahhh!!! Sincerely, Jill Ramos mommy of Tommy (DOC grad 10/01) and, coincidentally, a Medical Assistant! PS. She was obviously an idiot. A hypochondriac worries about his/her OWN health, not their childrens'! What a moron.
