Need help naming certain dish/recipe

Hello all wise learned ones...

I am going to be serving up a dish of fresh mozzerella and tomatoes,

drizzled with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, lightly sprinkled with herbs.

(Probably on a bed of a spring mixture of lettuce.)

Now here is where I need a reverse Google....what's the name of that dish?!
