Guest guest
We got a Bosch mixer for Christmas and now we need to get the grain mill attachment so we can start grinding our own flour. Anyway, it is listed on the box has having two different types of grain mill attachments: 1) Grain mill with steel grinder cone or 2) Grain mill with stone grinder cone Any recommendations on which one I should get. I have no idea about what the differences even are between the two.
Guest guest
It seems to me that stone ground is better, but I don't know if that's just referring to commercially ground flour. I know some methods use heat which can destroy nutrition, which wouldn't be the case if you are doing it yourself. Hopefully someone else has a better answer for you. ~Virginia > Anyway, it is listed on the box has having two different types of > grain mill attachments: > > 1) Grain mill with steel grinder cone or > 2) Grain mill with stone grinder cone > > Any recommendations on which one I should get.
