Guest guest
Hi , glad to hear you are feeling a bit better. I, too, am confused about the whole spiro dosage thing. I was recently seeing a lovely Filipino doctor(GP) who referred me to Dr Stowasser. She said her medical training was more American based, and she had noticed a difference here in Australia where doctors are more conservative in their prescribing. Her approach was more to start at high doses and then reduce as appropriate, whereas the norm here is to start at low dosages and increase as appropriate. Did you decide to try and contact Mark Brown? All the best for going back to work.
