We faxed her our LOMN too and she said she faxed it to the insurance co...but they asked for more info on the helmet..and she told me they denied me...

Just keep on top of her and make sure she calls on Wednesday. If you don't hear from her on Wednesday..i would call her.b/c she's told us that she will contact the insurance company...and then when i call her back to ask if she did..she's like..oh..i'll do that right now. So she's either forgetful or uncaring. So just keep checking with her.

I don't know what is up with her..but i am so mad..b/c i contacted her July 10th and this is ongoing until now...and it shouldn't be this way.

Thanks! Yea i'm just real frustrated..b/c they might've paid..and she just straight out said they denied me..and this is the second time she did that. Like she wants me to pay and she can take away all my money.

She was nicer to me last time i talked to her..but i told you..the first few times..she was not very nice. But her being nice to me doesn't make up for the fact that she lied. She should not be doing the job she is doing...b/c she is not very good at all.

I think i will contact someone higher..b/c if they would've paid..i would've needed an appt before Aug 1st...but now it's too late..b/c they don't ahve anything before. But they did have an earlier appt when i first contacted her.

I haven't ever met her in person..but i bet she won't talk to me then either.

feel better. I'm so sad for you. Maybe you should contact someone

That stinks! I just called her to make sure she got my script and

LOMN yesterday. She said she had already faxed the insurance co and

was going to call them on Wednesday. I don't know why she is such a

problem in your case. I am really sorry, I hope she doesn't mess my

insurance up as well!

Please let us know how it turns out with Anthem. I live in

Connecticut and they deny us saying it was experimental. We are

getting our appeal together. Good luck.

Eek !!!

I can understand how and why you are so frustrated! Did you ask

Wanda for a name, time, date of who supposedly told her they would

deny pymt? I would ask her that, becuz I know the right hand doesn't

always know what the left hand is doing with big insurance

companies. That's why it's so important to document EVERY thing

whenever you have contact with them.

Wanda hasn't had many good things said about her in our group

recently. I'm glad I'm not her right now :).
