Thanks so much for all your advice !! I will definitely look at all

the appeal letters..thanks!!

My husband talked to someone at the insurance company...that seemed to be a

little more helpful..so we will find out more tomorrow.

If he tells us that they still won't pay..then we will request them to send

us a denial letter..and then start our appeal..and basically make the

appt...so we can get started...
