Guest guest Posted October 10, 2006 Report Share Posted October 10, 2006 I bought a new bread cookbook yesterday (Tassajara, I think) and most of the recipes call for powdered milk. Can I leave it out? Replace it for something else. In one " base " recipe it says " optional " after it. Do you think it can be optional in all the recipes?
