This group keeps me thinking especially with the recent posts. Tell us the good

and bad you do and the changes you are making or want to make.

Here is what we do right:

organic basically since 1991

lots of greens tofu, lentils, organic meat

no bleach, chemicals, fluoride toothpaste in the house

buy local

buy in season

cook from scratch

I lost 49 pounds

basically no juice, sugared yogurt, processed food for the kids at home

compost

garden

cloth diaper

selective vax

extended breastfeeding

Here is what we do wrong:

Fast Food once every 3-5 weeks

Me diet coke 1-2 a day

Microwave once a day

Pasteurized milk

Non organic food eat out once a week

sugar especially me on a daily basis..like hard candy..HI CARRIE!

What I think I will change soon and would love more info and why offlist:

give up the microwave (I think I will tape it shut)

give up diet coke...I am almost ready I was nutrasweet free 14 years and picked

it back up when I started Weight Watchers 18 months ago

thinking about sugar...not sure I am ready but thinking hard

raw...I want to take the plunge. we have dabbled...Email me off list I would

Take CLO and use more coconut oil..a visit to 's house re-inspired me

I am sure there are more good things and bad things we do but this is my start
