Tell us the good and bad you do and the changes you are making or want to make. Here is what we do right: organic basically since 1991 lots of greens tofu, lentils, organic meat no bleach, chemicals, fluoride toothpaste in the house buy local buy in season cook from scratch I lost 49 pounds basically no juice, sugared yogurt, processed food for the kids at home compost garden cloth diaper selective vax extended breastfeeding Here is what we do wrong: Fast Food once every 3-5 weeks Me diet coke 1-2 a day Microwave once a day Pasteurized milk Non organic food eat out once a week sugar especially me on a daily basis..like hard candy..HI CARRIE! What I think I will change soon and would love more info and why offlist: give up the microwave (I think I will tape it shut) give up diet coke...I am almost ready I was nutrasweet free 14 years and picked it back up when I started Weight Watchers 18 months ago thinking about sugar...not sure I am ready but thinking hard raw...I want to take the plunge. we have dabbled...Email me off list I would love to hear why we need to do this kaje62@...
