Debbie,

sounds like you've got a great case against the previous owners for not

disclosing this prior to the sale!!! What a lucky lady you are- what are the

odds that you would get the SAME exterminator and he would mention that to

you?!!!!! Can you throw some of your magical mystery to me sometime?!!!

Looks like a sure win!
