Help - Breastfeeding while in band

Hi,

I am breastfeeding Sofia and am having a little bit of a difficult

time with the band. When I cradle her the band seems to push up

against her face and moves, she gets upset and starts wiggling. I

tried nursing her just placing her lying down on the bed but I know

that is not good because she needs to be elevated (to prevent ear

infections). Any advise on another " technique " ?

This also may be a silly questions but the DOC band has a small " V "

shape right in the middle. I was told that as long as the " V " is

between her two eyes the band is on properly but I see that unless

the " V " is lined up with her nose the band partly covers her ears and

doesn't seem to be on right. Hope this makes sense. Also, when we

see that the band has shifted should we just move it back into place

or do we have to take it off and put it back on?

Any advise would be appreciated.
