Well she just e-mailed me they were paying only 70% so I sent back telling her this was NOT acceptable and that I personally knew of 4 famlies that had it covered by cigna at 100% and that if I needed to continue with my 2nd level appeal I would and I will get my attorney involved if I have too...I will NOT BACK DOWN...dont get me wrong $2100.00 is better than nothing but I'm not done with them yet...Trisha

Oh Trisha, I want to laugh and cry right now. I can't even begin to tell you how happy and excited I am for you right now, but I'm still struggling with my own battle with Cigna. YOU GIVE ME SO MUCH HOPE!!! I finalized our level 2 conference today, but we're still deciding on whether to drive all the way to Irving or just do the conference call. CONGRATULATIONS!!! Kiss braeden for me - a paid-for graduate! What could be better!!!
