Guest guest
Sorry, didn't catch your name. I'm sorry your daughter did not get the treatment she needed, but please do not blame yourself. You trusted your healthcare providers and they failed. It is their job to ensure the best care for their patients - that's why they go to school and make the big bucks. As moms, we have so much to worry about that we shouldn't have to also earn a medical degree. Unfortunately many of the parents on this board have had to take things into their own hands and really fight, but for many of us, others had to show us the way. It is not your fault. The attorney in Dallas is Bill Fynes and his phone is (214-231-0547) and his email is wfynes@.... My husband talked to him a few times and he seems like a great guy. He's handled many plagio cases already, so he's pretty knowledgeable and can offer some great advice. I really hope things work out for you. Guest guest
Thank you. I try not to feel guilty but sometimes it is hard. Bill Fynes email address did not list the whole thing, it said wfynes@... can you resend his email. Thanks again, > Sorry, didn't catch your name. Guest guest
Weird...for some reason it blocks out the last few letters of his email. What are the letters after the letter b? I got up to wfynes@... give me those letters please. I think the system automatically blocks out entire email addresses and just lists the first part? If this doesn't work you can email me at my email: stephr@ ev1.net (hopefully it didn't block mine) Thanks and sorry for the confusion. > > > Sorry, didn't catch your name. Guest guest
: Oh, I'm soooo sorry to hear of your daughter's plagio with no improvement. It sounds like you really got some bad medical advice and lack of treatment. This is unfortunately common though. I am glad to see Gail gave you the information you needed. I really really hope the attorney will help you and have a good case. Welcome to our group. Would you please keep us updated on your situation? We'd love to hear how things go. Again, best of luck!!! Guest guest
Thanks Debbie. I was trying to get Bill Fynes email address but it was blocked when Gail sent it. If you put a space after the @ sign it should not block the last letters of his address. If you have his email can you send it to me also? I wonder if he has a website? My personal email is stephr @ev1.net I will keep you updated..also I have a 4 month old that I am taking to the pedi this afternoon and am going to make her give me a referral even if she thinks " it will round out " . I am not going to let them make the same mistake with him! Thanks again. > > > Sorry, didn't catch your name. Guest guest
This is weird. I'll try typing it out different... bcklaw . com without the spaces. I'll also try forwarding an email from him...
