Well..my husband talked to the insurance company again and said that Wanda

did not even tell the right people at our insurance company nor did she send

enough info to them. Wanda had told me that it definitely would not be

covered.

So my husband called Wanda and told her who to talk to and that she needed to

submit more info.

Well she just called me and said that she did that and they are still denying

the claim. But who knows if she even still sent in the right info.

But at least she was nicer today. She told me that i can appeal it once i

received the denial papers....

We are going to call guardian/phcs...on Monday..bc that's who our new

insurance is going to be..and see what they say.

Then we will decide what to do and who to fight..but get this started.

I'm not giving up..i will appeal it over and over until i get at least some

of it paid!!

Too bad about the insurance troubles, but I'm glad you are ready to keep

after them!

Hopefully the new company will cover - I hope they will!!
