Guest guest Posted December 5, 2000 Report Share Posted December 5, 2000 I am about 250lb. and able to do 17 strict overhand-grip pull-ups. I would like to know if there are any new ways to increase that number. My goal is 20 reps. I have used and tried added weight, forced negatives, attached stretch bands, increased forarm and bicep work. If there is some other movement that I can try, I will be glad to give it a try.
